The one who clocks in and then spends an extra twenty minutes in the parking lot waiting for a prime spot so you don't have to haul your lazy ass quite so far. You who takes thirty minutes to take one item to a nurses desk because you stop in the hallway all the time to talk to people. You who will sit for an entire hour that isn't your lunch break and play at the computer and then GET OVERTIME because you can't finish within the alloted shift hours. You who takes twenty cigarrette breaks a day. You, who will sit right next to the goddamned phone and let it ring if you think there's anyone else in the area who could pick it up.

And quit howling in the hallways about how 'unfairly' you're getting treated after your boss writes you up for all this shit, and likewise do not blame your getting written up because of 'racism', especially when your boss is half black and half hispanic! You make people who take that shit seriously look BAD, you bastard.

Yep. And he called in again today. For 'personal reasons'.

He got away with a lot of this stuff for three years due to main boss covering his ass and using the 'r' word as an excuse for why other people were writing him up. I'm just tired of it, and him.
