Yes, I have the damned book now. Let's see what distraction does for my diet...
2 6oz cups of strawberry Yoplait Light
2 8oz cup of coffee with creamer
1 16oz glass of water
1 cup of GoLean! Crunch, with half a cup of fresh blueberries and half a cup of skim milk.
1 cup of Pace Salsa with 40 chips
3 16oz glasses of water
6 strawberries
10 Wheat thins.
