1 Banana
3 16oz mugs of coffee w/chocolate creamer (13/3)
Lunch
4oz Orange Roughy fillet (same as yesterday)
Grilled Veggie mix (bell peppers, mushrooms, onion)
1/2 cup brown grain rice w/soy sauce
1 Valencia orange
1 Granny apple
4 16oz mug of water
Dinner
2 16oz glasses of water
2 squares cacoa chocolate
2 boiled eggs
30 Tortilla chip strips
