Actually, I'd lost two!

Weigh-in: 205 lbs (Finally back to that original drop off when I first started. A month later, I'm still not sure why I'd bumped back up to 213, but at least I'm back down! *g*)
Breakfast
1 16oz mug of coffee and chocolate creamer (13/3)
1 cup of GoLean! Crunch, 1/2 cup skim milk
