Damn...O.o

So, I haven't taken a vacation in over six years, right? Other than federal holidays, because, well, the trucks don't run those days and without the trucks running, I have no reason to be at work.

Also, next week (they bumped it up a week), we switch over to the new company, so my PTO accrual time with Tenet is pretty much done and over with.

Now, they'll let us access the Tenetcare stuff after we switch to HPA, but it's a bit of a hassle at that point. Not to mention that I'll accrue more anyway as soon as HPA starts keeping time, so I'm really not short on anything. Not to mention that with the switch over, and one of our crew leaving us today, vacation is still several weeks at least away as even a vague possibility for me.

Also, the car has decided my engine needs another look at...so...

I went ahead and cashed out what tenet owed me in PTO.

I expected a few hundred dollars.

I got over seven hundred.

Whatever stress I had over what might be wrong with the car? Gone.
