Right now, to get under 200 and stay there, since I've been over 200 and often edged way too close to 230 for several years. Eventually, I'll likely drop to my 'maintainable' adult weight, which is 170-175, and the lowest I've been since I was 22.
Ultimately though, 150-165 is the heopful goal, which is right around my highschool weight (only I had less muscle back then, I think, so I should in theory actually look skinnier than I did then). If I continue at the current level of pretty much one pound a week, that'll take me to a year, give or take a month, from now. Once I manage that, then the focus will switch to maintaining that loss in a healthy manner for the rest of my life--anything I lose after that will just be an added treat. :)
I'm not trying for super-model skinny--considering I've been 'overweight' to some degree my entire life, I consider that unrealistic (not to mention as unhealthy as being massively overweight). Also--I'd have to loose a good portion of the muscle mass I've gained over the past ten years as a receiving clerk to get much lighter than that, I suspect...which, unless I look like an over-stuffed ballon due to muscle bulge after the fat is mostly gone, I don't really want to do. :)
