2 16oz mugs chocolate coffee w/chocolate creamer
1 cup GoLean! Crunch with 1/2 cup skim milk and blueberries
1 16oz mug water.
Snack
Banana
1 16oz mug water
Lunch
BBQ Brisket Burrito (Brisket, BBQ Sauce, ranch beans, cheddar cheese, 'secret sauce') Yes, I know--bad. I forgot my lunch. :/
1 YoPlait mixed berries yogurt
1 8oz cup water
1 hour swimming, non-stop.
Snack
20 Corn tortilla chips
1 16oz glass water
Dinner
1/2 cup each variety of bell peppers, onion, scallops, and mushrooms sautee'd with butter, salt, pepper, and lemon juice
