So, pool is definitely closed for the season, which means now I must get all sweaty and stuff to exercise. *Frowny face*
Oh well--fall is on the the way. :)
Yesterday
There were no 'meals' except dinner--I just ate when hungry
4 8oz cups coffee w/creamer
Banana
2 hard boiled eggs
4 16oz glasses of water
1 corn on the cob with butter and garlic salt
4oz grilled talapia fillet (lemon, olive oil, and black pepper sauce)
3/4 cup turnip and greens with celery and onion salt, dash of olive oil and balsam vingarette.
2 squares cacoa chocolate
4 16oz glasses of water.
Today so far...
1 hour brisk walk to Walmart and back
1 8oz cup of coffee w/creamer
White peach
Peach Yoplait (must be peach day :) )
1 cup of salsa and 35 corn chips
6oz loin fillet steak thing grilled with half a large onion.
2 squares cacao chocolate/
8 16oz glasses of water throughout the day
1/2 cup of split pea soup (left over from the lunch batch I made for work).
10 more cornchips (Damn the cornchips for tasting so good. :/)
