So, yeah, I slept for another seven hours, for a total of thirteen with a one hour break in between. Go, me!

I think some of it is allergies--trees and weeds are pollinating like mad right now, and both tend to get to me easy. And I've lost enough weight that I've now joined all the normal folks in that one little pill of Benedryl threatens to knock my silly ass out when I take it. Oops.

So I'm up now.

The baby oil did its job--the skin is feeling really good, and the hair is soft (although I will have to wash it before being seen in public--it may be shiny and soft, but it also looks just this side of greasy at the moment), so that was a good thing.

Tried the camomile tea bags skyward suggested, and they seem to work, so I'll be using that. :)

Came to the unpleasant realization that my electric bill and my rent are due off of the same check this month, which...will not be a good thing. The deal is that the pay is not hitting quite right timing wise, and is not quite enough to cover both, even with what's in the bank right now--the one after this one hits right on what usually is the last day of the 'grace period' for late payers in regards to rent. Usually, electric gets paid on the first check of the month (but I haven't seen it yet), and then I go ahead and cut the rent check off the second payday and hand it over (So I'm usually about a week early).

This month though, I didn't pay attention to when the money was hitting and used a majority of the account to slap the cred cards a little harder then usual...and didn't realize what I'd done to myself until I started anticipating the electric bill and realizing what the timing was going to be like...

Ah well, at least it took me four months to make my first financial 'oops'.

I have a couple of options, just need to figure out which is the best option that's least likely to bite me in the financial ass.

1) Tell the apartment managers the timing on my paycheck sucks this time around and see if it's okay to hand it in on the 5th (might be the best option, especially if I communicate with them, and since I'm known for paying early).

2) Forward some cash from the bank credit card to make sure I have enough to cover both bills, and then replace the amount when I do get paid (and dammit, I just PAID the fucker, too. This is an okay option, but goes under 'one step forward, two steps back', I think.)

3) Uh...oh yeah, or ask for an extension on the electric bill (not the best option--the electric companies around here tend to chew up customers and spit them out, and even though I also tend to pay them early, I'd rather not have that particular experience, you know?).
