For no real good reason, really. Just:

1) When I hear three different radio stations state that the kids in the Jena Six were up on charges for murder (uh, no, it was an assault and...maybe attempted murder? But no actual death occurred IIRC correctly), and that's pretty much all that gets said other than 'people are showing up to show support for their release'...that really makes it look bad. I realize the stations all get this little ticker tape thing they read pre-written news from, but you'd think at least one of the DJ's would engage their brain to edit things back to their correct facts. The way that report ran was "OMG BLACK KIDS MIGHT HAVE KILLED A WHITE KID BUT WE'VE GOT PEOPLE SUPPORTING THEM!!!!"

Uh, yeah. Fuck you too, news.

2) I am tired tired tired. I want to sleep. I want a vacation. I want the right to whine about how exhausted I am and have someone pat me on the back and go 'there, there, it's okay'...and then I want to smack myself for being whiny.

3) I. Want. To. Kill. The. Ross. Representative.
Pushy. Does not understand things like weekly orders and that the nurses are supposed to come to us when they realize they're missing product (because they were too lazy to ensure someone knew how to order every week while the girl who does it is on vacation), rather than try to 'fix' it herself by coming into the stock room, snagging product and 'filling' it herself. What pisses me off even more is that she already knows she's not supposed to be in the area without someone here (because she's pulled this shit before and has really fucked our inventory up big time several times, not to mention spread a lot of misinfo between departments). And she went and begged someone to let her in anyway when we were all up on floor delivering things. And I want to smack the idiot who let her in as well. (I walked in on her pulling stuff from the shelf with no one else in sight).

4) I had to eat lunch later than usual. See point two. The whine is gaining ground.

5) The Surgery Materials clerk tried to nail us for not filling her order last night (our boss did it herself, so, uh, yeah...). What happened was we got it over there, and then it looks like someone got to the cart before her and put stuff up. She didn't bother to go and check that as a possibility--just came over here this morning, trying to tell me 'my cart was half empty and I'm missing part of my order'. Quit blaming your lazy ass on us and go do your job, lady. I'm not your sympathetic ear when it amounts to you not following up like you should on things. Especially not when you keep trying to get my co-workers in trouble by 'hinting' that they are not doing their jobs. When I know damn well they are.

Yeah, I'm having a 'fuck you all' day.
