Been eating pretty much the same menu yu all have seen, which is why I havent posted it. I think I need to start it up again, though, for the disciplne if nothing else.

Anyhow, current stats:

196 lbs. (So I didn't gain anything from Monday on).
Average BP right now is 118/70, which is good. Not as good as it was before it skyrocketed and came back down, but I'm getting there.
Average pulse is 74 beats per minute when at rest, 98 when I've been up and moving around.

My bottoms have gone from size 2X to 1X (extra large) or large, depending on the cut of the clothing.
My tops went from 4X-3X to 2X in most cases, but I also found three shirts at the store yesterday that fit me at a size 1X, so, getting there. :)

and I got a tape measure! So...current measurements (Which are half-assed, because I'm guessing at doing them right):

Ribcage (Under the breast): 40 Inches
With Breasts (Both in and out of bra; no, I don't know how that happened, although I think gravity is to blame): 46 inches.
Waist: 36 inches
Hips at the widest spot: 48

(Yep, still have an hourglass body...just a very big one. XD.)


Upper arm: 14 inches
Largest part of forearm: 10 inches
Thigh: 20 inches
Largest part of calf: 17 inches

Damn, I read like a weight lifter, don't I?
