Someone called me a hipster about a week ago for defending burlesque dancers (as in the ones who perform at places like Old Tucson and other Old West shows as education and not for stripping) as not, well...being strippers.

Too bad I'm niether that young nor that concerned with my image and how other folks perceive me.

Damn, kid couldn't even get that right. *Snerk*

I suspect anyone over the age of 25 and/or with a mentality geared toward surviving the real world rather than 'being cool' and being concerned with being cool or other people who are being cool, would be out of luck, really.

Now, if the person had called me a bitter, old, washed out, bitch of a headbanger/metalhead, they would have at least been in the ballpark. ;)
