silverthorneI really really really hate this monthly bloat and cramp thing. It sucks.
On the positive side though, that means the three pounds I gained over the weekend will be going away after I'm all done bleeding like a stuck pig for a week.
Yay?
In other news--bloat or not, my clothes are fitting better anyway. Yeah for muscle building. :)
