Pick a musical artist or group and use titles from their songs or albums to answer the questions. Then post them and this meme in your own journal. Rinse and repeat. :)

For myself, I could have gone for the really obvious. Instead, I went for slightly less obvious. I chose Journey. Tag to whoever.

1: How was your childhood?
"Ask the Lonely"

2: What was happening in your life 5 years ago?

3: What is your favorite color?

4: Who is your role model?
"Stone in Love"

5: What is your current relationship status?
"Seperate Ways (Worlds Apart)"

6: How to you FEEL about that?

I loved them before I loved Jon and the boys. And I loved Styx before I loved Journey. :)

Oh me too!!!

I had a caseette tape where I put Infinity on one side and Cornerstone on the other and they fit perfect. Both albums begin with songs called "Lights" :) I played that tape all though Junior High and High School, took it to college with me, took it to Alaska with me, and it finally died in the tape player on a trip between Albuquerque and Little Rock and I threw it away in Elk City, Oklahoma, mid-'90s. Funny how one remembers things like that.

I didn't get a good collection going until 1987 or so (limited allowance, natch), but I still have many cassettes left. Of course, the ones I loved the most were the compiles I made...and those usually got 'borrowed' by boyfriends and room mates. LOL.

I have everything Styx ever released on vinyl from the first record through "Caught In The Act". I think that was the last one they put out on LP. I had access to a really reasonable used record store mere blocks from my house, where I bought lots of albums for cheaps, and my mom would pick up anything even remotely "rock" looking at yard sales for me as well. I don't have a complete Journey collection, but maybe someday. I only have "Departure" and "Escape" on LP. The others I had borrowed and taped off, so when the tapes died, that was it.
Good times.
Maybe I need to go used-record-shopping again, huh?

Maybe so. :)

Me, I just look for the CD copies--Don't have the room for an LP collection (and you can find quite a bit on CD).
