Voted for Guitar Hero because, comparatively, Guitar Hero's actual guitar parts are way better. (But if you're into singing or playing drums or having party games or whatever, then Rock Band is the one for you.)
Otherwise, I don't even know what's out there for Playstation these days. D:

Yeah, see, I'm as likely to enjoy the rest of the instruments as well (although convincing myself to sing in the middle of an apartment complex, thick walls or not may be difficult XD.)...but...yeah. Heh.
I actually only have four PS3 games:
Paradise Burnout Oblivion Heavenly Sword and Folk Lore.
Guitar Hero 3's difficulty level was quite a bit higher (expert songs in Rock Band = mid-hard+ difficulty in Guitar Hero), and there was just a better tracklist, anyway. :V
