An Oh S**t! LOL moment

Okay, I think I just had the funniest moment in WoW history. So funny I had to go AFK and post about it.

I hadn't played my tauren shaman Anyada in over a week, and I'd left her fishing by the side of the lake when I signed out.

So I signed bacl in a few minutes ago, read my quest log (which involves killing a few striders and wolves for their bits), and go hunting. Find my first wolf, and commence with the attack.

I still had her equipped with the fishing pole.

I was laughing so hard I couldn't find her staff or gather enough wits to change it out even if I had figured it out.

And she managed to kill it anyway.

Death by Tauren Fishing Pole. What a way to go!

There's a boss in Serpentshrine Cavern that requires 325 fishing to fish up so that he can attack you.

And there was this one time that I killed that boss with my fishing pole on. Granted, I was playing an elemental shaman, but I probably had a reduction in damage by 500 or more, heh.

I caught on pretty quick as to what had happened, but it was just so funny and shocking (and the fact that she was actually damaging the wolf made it funnier), that really, by the time I had any sort of wit about me, it was over. I don't think I even used any spells or anything (Anyada is also a shaman).

Totally flashing back to every time I have been confronted with a Morrowind beastie and, with lightning reflexes, tried to pick it to death with my little lockpick.
