Second WoW question

In regards to guilds. This came up because I can't /w Beth's c in game, but we can talk on guild chat, which caused me to wonder if she'd made a human DK.

So, is it possible to have guild members from both horde and alliance in the same guild, and how do you manage it if you can? (I'm thinking of inviting our 'baby' alts, Ken, into my horde main's guild if it's possible, since it's already set up and it's just friends who didn't want to get guild-spammed).

Nope, no cross-factional anything. And you wouldn't be able to converse at all if she was on the opposite side as you. Does it tell you anything along the lines of, "You can only friend members of the same faction," or do you think you might be misspelling her name?

Yeah, it did. I was pretty sure I spelled it correctly at the time, but I guess not. It was a while back--when I was playing my moo cow (I'm still going to play her, BTW, just not level her as quickly), and she said something in guild chat and I went to whisper something back and it wouldn't let me.

And darn. That would have solved a few problems, but ah well. Darn you Blizz, why you no let us be fwends?! *g*
