OMG! A Voice From The Void!

Hi all! I'm not dead.
Got Ula's teeth fixed, finally. :) She's four molars light now, but at least she can eat without pain. And boy has she been eating. In a month, she goes in for another blood test to see if that helped the not-so-great readings on her liver-damage status. :)
Got two of my credit cards paid off and closed. Yeah, it'll bork my already borked credit score, but that's the point. Get rid of the suckers now when it doesn't matter much. Might be able to get rid of a third by the end of the month, thanks to a three paycheck month (yay!), which will leave me with the two with the highest balances (and that I intend to keep).
I don't have the flu, but we have bottles of Avagard (Antibacterial lotion-soap stuff) attached to the wall near just about every opening in the hospital. Allergies are being a PitA, though.
I've started loosing weight again (we won't talk about the fact that I gained some back *cough*).
I've also finally developed a love for fresh raw spinach (I like the already cooked stuff) and lettuce that isn't iceburg, thanks to my work cafeteria. Salads are fun again. :D
Not much on the WoW front, because I've been mostly just picking at the game since I disappeared from LJ. Those dinos in the Un'Goro crater are just plain scary. :/
I have discovered I really like making pretty critters via wajas.com and tygras.com. I think it's because they have custom demo programs where you can just sit there and put patterns and colors on critters until you can't see straight.
I've started three different new games of Oblivion (I've forgotten how much I like that game...although it's weird not having random people running up to me and saying totally not-scripted things). Why three? Because I can't decide what color I want my character's hair to be, so I keep remaking her after I get her out in the sunlight. Yes, I lose at making characters for trivial reasons. XD
I am doing art. Yes, even art that I'm supposed to be doing.
I've realized that yes, I still get depression. Sneaky depression. Which I hate, because it encourages my procrastination, which makes getting thing done a chore. Fortunately, it seems to be lifting. Now I just have to get myself moving again (yes, posting at LJ is a step in that direction, believe it or not).
And, last but not least, our cafeteria has free wi-fi...and it reaches my desk (we're next to the cafeteria)...so I can bring my laptop in and surf when I'm not busy at work. And play WoW if I want to...although with a low connection and only 30 minutes to play, I've mostly signed in to show off my belf to my supervisor and that's about it. lol. Yes, she's cool with it. If I get my work done, and I help out in the department, what I do on break time and slow periods is fine by her. I love my boss. :D (I'm also spoiled. Lord help me if I ever get a new boss.)
