Not too bad, but my nostrils appear to be deformed now. :P
And here's the inside. It would be pretty on a flower...
Overall, it seems to be pretty localized. Upper lip and the cartilage between my nostrils seems to be the only thing really hurting at all. The nose itself is even straight, so...
