Overall, it seems to be pretty localized. Upper lip and the cartilage between my nostrils seems to be the only thing really hurting at all. The nose itself is even straight, so...

Well, it was painful for the first few hours...and then my body adjusted and now it's just one of those annoying ache things.

Teeth are fine--it was the first thing I felt once I could handle touching my face. Nothing broke, and nothing is loose other than the cartelige inside my nose, and even that's not too bad (it doesn't even look damaged on the CAT scan they did. Overall, I got away pretty easy.

LOL. I'll have to use that when I get asked. :D
