3) How to gack a short clip of JBJ dancing at the beginning of One Wild Night on the concert DVD I own so that I can make a dancing icon out of it...

I use a program called 'Animation Shop', which used to ship with Paint Shop Pro.

If you want, you can send me some pictures and I can see about making you one.

That would be cool. I keep wanting to make a 'flapping' icon with all the pics I have of JBJ with his arms out (I have about 6 or so).

'Course, I need to come up with some witty saying first...
