Breakfast
1 cup of Kashi cinnamon wheat bites w/ hlaf cup each of skim milk and blueberries.
1 8oz cup V8
2 16oz mugs water
Snack
Peach YoPlait
1 16 oz cup water
Lunch
Veal parmesian with sauce/provolone cheese on 1 cup spaghetti (BAD Anne!)
1/2 cup cabbage and onions
1 apple
1 orange
3 16oz cup water
Snack
1 cup peanuts
1 hour swimming
2 pieces herseys truffle bites
1 16oz glass water
Dinner
Chicken livers sautee'd with butter and onions
3 16oz glasses of water
