Man, I'm getting bad about updating...
Fridays Weigh-in: 203 lbs. *g*
Breakfast
2 8oz cups coffee with creamer
Banana
2 oz cups coffee with creamer
Snack
1 strawberry YoPlait
1 8oz glass of water
Lunch
Grilled filet mignon wrapped with bacon (The kind you get pre-packeged at the store).
1 Cup spinach sautee'd with 1 small onion and a tablespoon of butter (Yes, I was bad).
3 8oz glasses of water
Lots of head-to-toe cleaning of the apartment plus laundry. That's plenty of exercise, I think. :)

10 Wheat thin crackers
2 8oz glasses of water
'Dinner' part 1
20 Wheat thin crackers
Cup and a half of white seedless grapes
1 8oz glass of water
Dinner part 2
1 cup of cabbage soup (cabbage, onions, kabasa sausage, salt, pepper)
1 8 oz cup hot chocolate
2 8oz glasses of water
